Held across Level 2 and Center Park Stage inside Fox Valley Mall (Aurora, IL), the 2023 Latin American Marketplace offered a rich cultural immersion normally requiring an international passport. Local residents and visiting families explored rare, authentic items imported directly from countries south of the border, including hand-woven textiles, handmade jewelry, traditional pottery, and mouth-watering Latin pastries.

Ballet Folklórico Infinity: Breathtaking traditional dance showcases representing various regional states across Mexico.
Tamanaco Tambor: High-energy Venezuelan drum rhythms captivating crowds at Center Park Stage.
International Award-Winning Authors: Bilingual book readings, storytelling, and signing sessions with Brenda Perez Mendoza, Virginia Martinez, Evelyn Sanchez Toledo, and Gladys Rosa-Mendoza.
Hands-On Children's Crafts: Ornament painting with The Woodcrafters by Juan & Luz, giant 3-foot foam Balero & Trompo traditional Mexican toy workshops, and mask photo-ops.
Community Art Displays: Special exhibits including the Axolotl Alebrijes by Little Friends Inklude Center, a Frida Kahlo collage and snow globe exhibit, and a Casa Michoacán butterfly experience.
