About DuPage Hispanic Alliance
Our Mission and Vision
We provide strategic leadership to preserve, elevate, and promote Latin American heritage through intentional civic, artistic, and educational programming.
We believe that a community that understands and celebrates its cultural roots is fundamentally stronger, more cohesive, and better positioned for economic and educational success.
Operating across DuPage County since 2022, we serve as a trusted resource for municipal agencies, corporate sponsors, and local families seeking quality programming that reflects the true depth of our regional history.
Our Leadership

A Naperville resident for more than 23 years, Maria is a devoted wife and mother of five who remains deeply committed to strengthening and serving her community.

Shaiska Malca
Vice-President
Shaiska Malca, born in Panama, resides in Glen Ellyn with her husband, twin boys, and their dog Dexter.
